"From Stressed to Blessed"
Lynnea Brinkerhoff, Board certified executive and wellness coach as well as Ordained Interfaith Minister, she offers a unique personal touchstone for those in various life transitions. She employs a range of energy enhancement and stress management tools to help people fortify themselves amid potentially daunting situations, including preparing for ‘that difficult conversation’.
She is a founder of The Five Questions International Coaching Network and the creator of the first Eco-therapy Certification program in the eastern United States, emphasizing mind/body/spirit approaches to wellness that restore one’s connection to the natural world. She is a skilled river and wilderness leader and works in Equine-based Coaching as well as Community Supported Agriculture.
With over 20 year’s experience as an individual coach to a diverse clientele, Lynnea has worked with parents and couples as well as in Fortune 100 companies with emerging leaders. Brinkerhoff completed her BA in International Business at Simmons College, Boston MA and a Master of Science in Organizational Development at Pepperdine University in California. She is professor of Organization Development and Public Health at the University of New Haven and is currently working on her PhD.
